The EHS meeting was held on Dec. 19 (Thur.) 2020 and couple critical issues were brought up that included wearing the face mask for high risk places from Dec., 2020 and the importance of routine check-up.  Besides, the motion of EHS performance indexes for 2021 were also discussed and approved.

 

In the meeting, EHS members discussed the following issues one by one to ensure Golden Brother is on the right track for continuous improving:

1. All coordinators of our dorms need to join the LINE group designated for the EHS issue.

2. The installation issue of GB Serve App to ensure the receiving of latest news

3. The implementation of checking up for living areas and the fire extinguishers

4. To take remedy actions to address the feedbacks from outside stakeholders

5. The SVAP audit is scheduled from Feb. 19 to 19 2021

6. The case sharing for all dorms related to EHS concerns

7. To build internal website that can incorporate relative documents for further discussing

8. The EHS performance indexes for 2021

 

The EHS performance indexes for 2021 were discussed item by item based up the implementation status of EHS indexes for 2020 and the proposed 12 items were approved by the EHS committee.  In addition, to ensure Golden Brother can achieve the vision “Live-Care Service Business for Migrant Workers” and its mission “Well-Being Living Place for Migrant Workers”; hence, the EHS indexes incorporated lots of safety items such as “zero-tolerance for fire accident”, “zero-tolerance for narcotics”, “zero-tolerance for DWI”, “zero-tolerance for occupational injuries”.  Furthermore, Golden Brother aims to provide relevance and local news as the start point for a well-being living place.

 

President Golden Li, after meeting, particularly specify that all colleagues need to understand the vision and mission of our company: “Live-Care Service Business for Migrant Workers” and “Well-Being Living Place for Migrant Workers” and put all our hearts to serve our clients (enterprises) and customers (migrant workers) so as to earn the opportunities of surviving and developing.
