For thos employer who need constant medical cares, JST’s service staff will visit the employer periodically to ensure the needs of the employee and the expectations of the foreign workers can be minimized and a mutual understanding can be reached so as to strike the balance between two sides. 

During the visiting, the service staff will also understand the mental/physical condition of the employer through the free chatting in order to facilitate the communication with the foreign worker.  In this way, it is JST's hope to minimize the misunderstanding between the employer and the foreign worker so as to earn higher sastifaction for both parties.

As the foreign workers have limited knowledge of Taiwan’s living conditions; hence, it will be difficult for them to communicate with others under the language barrier while going out along. As a result, JST will consult with the employer first to get their consents and then help the foreign workers to open their bank account for them to wire transfer their earnings back to relatives/friends in the future. 

At the same time JST staff will properly inform the foreign staff regarding the latest laws of money laundry and the legal way to wire transfer the wages back to home town in order not to suffer for any losses.  Besides, staff of JST will also let the worker know it is no good to give their bank account or password to 3rd parties for illegal conducts which will incur unnecessary legal concerns. 

For those employee who needs special medical attention, JST’s service staff will require the nurse to explain the special requirements and proper translate those requirements to let the foreign workers fully understand the contents so as to provide proper and satisfactory cares to the employer.   For any unique care needs, staff of JST will also looks things with empathy and sense the inconvenience that may happen during the daily cares in order to reduce the uncomfortable feeling when the foreign worker starts to look after the employer at very first beginning.
