Can a family caregiver accompany the caregiver to another person's residence or medical institution for care?

The notification of the assignment of family caregivers to the workplace depends on the situation:

Exemption from permission from the Ministry of Labor: accompany the caregiver to the employer's or other people's residence or medical institution to care for the caregiver

Permission from the Ministry of Labor is required: For those who are assigned to nursing homes, chronic beds, and respiratory care beds attached to a medical hospital to take care of their caregivers, the duration of each assignment is limited to six months. Upon expiration, they can apply for an extension, but the cumulative assignment period within three years cannot exceed 18 months.
