On Oct. 30 (Wen.), Golden Brother conducted it 4th quarterly labor/management meeting and addressed, particularly, the following five issues:
1. The labor status in Golden Brother in 2019
2. The calendar of Golden Brother and affiliated companies in 2020
3. The social responsibility performance index reviewing and setting the new index for 2020
4. The adjustment of basic salary legally required
5. The dates of year-end reviewing meeting and year-end party

In the meeting, the representatives recognized the performance indexes of 2019 and came up the conclusion of setting new indexes for 2020.  To echo the “zero-tolerance for fire accident” company policy, labor/management meeting also decided to incorporate this policy as one of the indexes for 2020.  As for other indexes, Golden Brother follows the rules of SA8000 and will strive on for better results.  

After meeting, President Golden Li specifically reminded all representatives that Golden Brother’s business focused on the “foreign worker live-caring industry” and all indexes that involved service need to be carefully reviewed and executed.  Therefore, it is highly recognized that the representatives can incorporate the “zero-tolerance of fire accident” policy into the social responsibility indexes and President also hoped that all staff of Golden Brother can address this issue with all hearts and eager to find other areas for further improvement so as to enhance competitiveness with service capabilities.
