鎵興國際股份有限公司於 7/31/2018 接受 RBA SVAP (Supplemental Validated Audit Process on Forced Labor) 稽核，並於 1/23/2019 獲頒銀級合格證書（證書收到日期為 9/23/2019），其有效期限至 7/31/2020 為止，本公司亦為國內人力仲介公司極少數參與 SVAP 稽核，而獲得合格證書之公司之一。總經理黎高興先生對於公司首次參加 RBA SVAP 稽核即能獲得認證，對參與稽核之團隊同仁表達高度之肯定，並對仍需留意與強化之相關事項，亦責成有關負責單位，需透過持續改善之措施予以加強以期能更臻完美。

RBA 之稽核計區分為 VAP 與 SVAP 兩大類，其中 SVAP 稽核係屬 VAP 的「補充性稽核」，專門適用於勞務仲介及勞務承包商 (Labor Agent/Labor Contractor)，然其中針對「強迫勞動」一項，於原本之行為準則 (RBA, CoC 6.0) 以下條款中，特別增列額外之稽核項目：
