Golden Brother held its 3rd quarterly meeting on July 27 (Sat.) and provided the latest industry information and needed training to its employees.  In total, more than 130 staff participated this quarterly meeting. 

In the meeting, Mr. Du, Shi-wen, President of Taoyuan Dietitian Juridical Association share the reasons caused the metabolic syndrome and his methods of preventing from having hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hypertension.  Mr. Wu, Dexiong, the coordinator, also shared with us how to take advantage of the excercise and food controlling to reduce his weight.  After Wu’s speech, vice president Joanne Lin of GB gave her understanding of the latest code revision regarding Labor Law Act and Employment Service Act that related to the HR agencies and how to deal with all types of cases that may occur onto the foreign workers.

Later, deputy manager Kay Chang of HR utilized movie clips in Burnt to emphasize the theme of Initiative and Enthusiasm in our company culture.  More activities, in the future, will be conducted to help our staff better understand GB’s company culture.  Coming next, those coordinators who outperformed were recognized with awards along with those who participated the healthy walking program which also carried the meeting pf corporate social responsibility.  In total, 42 staff were honored in the meeting.

In the end, Chairman expected all staff shall be able to perform the daily routines according to the company culture and encourage those who had been awarded for better performance.  Furthermore, he urged all managers, ranked high or low, need to be a role model for your subordinates and understand the importance of being a responsible and accountable manager in such fickle business environment so to earn the credibility from your subordinates.  Chairman concluded by asking all staff to look after his/her healthy condition so as to create happiness for the family members.
