The foreign workers are now allowed to stay in Taiwan for 12 years and their dedication and contribution to the supply of labor force is indeed indispensable and should be highly appreciated.

In order to provide develop a better plan for those who have served in Taiwan for almost 12 years, MECO Kaohsiung's officers Rustico Sm. Dela Fuente, Eduardo Y. Mendoza, Jr., Mira Martha Guevarra-Huang, andKathy Yang, and staff of Golden Brother’s Kaohsiung office co-worked together on July 24 and invite the workers to participate the training regarding “Future life in Philippine after serving 12 years in Taiwan”and the details of joining Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) program.  To facilitate the training, the course was conducted in Tagalog along with the activity of making a handmake soap.  

The activity started from 9am with 32 participants joined and the whole event completed successfully with warm feelings around noon.
