Ministry of Labor announced a new order named “Criteria for Private Employment Services Institution and Employment Services Specialist Who Are Subject to Suspension and Revocation Due to the Violation of Employment Service Act of Ministry of Labor” which has been effective from 23rd, May, 2019 and its contents focused on suspension or revocation of the Private Employment Services Institution and Employment Services Specialist.

This criteria has been in position for 5 years since its last revision on 17 Feb, 2014.  As directed by the Golden Li, President of Golden Brother, all staff in GB need to have full understanding of the contents of this criteria and shall be taught for the details of the contents so as to provide quality service to our customers without forgetting the codes and regulations required by our government.  In this way, GB shall be able to maintain and protect the legal right of our customer and foreign workers so as to enhance the recognition of state quo of the new rules and to achieve the 3 win situation.
