No. 42 Wan-An Air Raid Drill

Ministry of National Defense of ROC announced that the No. 42 Wan-An Air Raid Drill will be held form May 27 to May 30 in 2019 and the drill timing for each area will be varied. MND proclaimed that the alert will be dispatched by the PWS and the civilians will receive the alert message directly in their mobiles. There is no need to be panic while receiving the drill message.

The drill timing will be held according to the schedule as follows:

1. May 27 (13:30~14:00):

Yilan County, Keelung City, Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu City, Hsinchu County

2. May 28 (13:30~14:00)

Tainan City, Kaohsiung City, Pingtung County, Kinmen Count

Please cooperate with the rules/regulations for the Wan-An drill and inform the foreign workers for such event. Kindly refer to the following messages with 4 different languages for details.
