The purpose of the training aims at helping our staff to adopt proper actions when unexpected concerns or issues are raised from either side.  As the agent needs to look after the needs and rights of both sides; hence, it is very critical for JST to be unbiased and impartial when concerns came up.  As for the codes and regulations related to legal concerns, the training also included topics such as Employment Service Act and other associated ordinance.
