To ensure all affiliated companies of Golden Brother can meet the requirements and standards of “Private Employment Service Agency Appraisal”, Golden Brother conducts routinely internal evaluation and audits periodically to examine all documents are ready for examination.  Also, through the continuous improvement actions, it is our hope that Golden Brother and its affiliated companies can all earn the upmost evaluation results.

Today (April 24, 2019), staff from all offices located in Taiwan came to Taipei office for the first time internal appraisal audit to ensure not only the processes but also the documents can comply with the requirements required by the government’s formal appraisal.  The internal auditors give their suggestions based upon the findings related to process and documents and advise our staff to make needed improvements as good as we can.  President Golden Li called in to show his concerns about the audit results and the non-conformity found in this audit.  President Li urged our staff need to face the non-conformity honestly and take actions to address issues on hand with dignity in order to fight for the best honor for person and for the company.
