Dated on April 20 (Sat.), Golden Brother conducted its routinely physical examination and quarterly staff meeting.  Staff from all regional offices all gathered and participated for above events.

After the physical examination, Kay Chang, the deputy manager of Personnel Dept. conducted the company culture training focused on theme of “Accountable and Responsible”.  By way of mutual interaction, quick responsiveness, and movie-watching methods, it is our hope that the company culture can be deeply implanted into the minds of our staff.

Furthermore, to ensure our staff have needed knowledge of the recently revised Employment Service Act (ESA) and its penal provisions, Dr. Wangen Lee was invited to deliver the contents of ESA and the provisions that related to the penal provisions by using the case studies which included the Indictment, written judgement, petition, and penalties.  The whole training event was concluded by President Li and he emphasized all staff need to continue their studies and put the company culture into their minds so as to survive in the fierce competitive environment with sustainable competitiveness which relied on the promoting of friendly dormitory management concept set earlier by the company.
