Golden Brother conducts routine quarterly meeting to enhance staff's management skills and provide the latest industry information in the agency market.  In addition, to let those staff who have willingness to learn the basic management skills, company also set aside a special training session let them earn more management knowledge.

In the meeting, lecturers deliver topics related to "Management and Labor Dispute", "Personal Information Protection Act", "Protection of People with Disability" and "Act of Gender Equality in Employment".  Furthermore, there are two more sessions dedicated by external lecturers, they are: "Keep Health without Medicine" and "The Cooperation between National Immigration Agency Special Task Force & and Immigration Agencies" which help staff know better to use the medicine and who to work with government officers related to the missing foreign workers.  Lecturer Xu focused on the keeping health course and Caption Jing addressed on the cooperation issue separately.

For those have strong willingness to promote themselves, company arranged the following courses "Utilization of PDCA", "Exception Handling SOP" and "Presentation Skills" in order to help them facing the challenging tasks while promoting to higher positions. Later, 19 new staff were introduced and Winners of "One more extra step service" were granted with incentive. At end, President Golden Li emphasized the future of Golden Brother lie in the business concept of providing life-care service for foreign workers and all department heads need to lead by personal example.  In addition, the issues raised in the employee survey were also answered directly by President Li without any reservations.
