Golden Brother conducted its monthly meeting with the resided Philippine workers in our Halls.  MECO (Manila Economic and Cultural Office) and its staff also came to our office at Chungli to deliver their assistance to Philippine workers and advise them to finish their contracts in Taiwan first and be aware of illegal recruitments from Taiwan directly to other countries especially in Europe.  Furthermore, MECO also provides the services as listed below:
1. Labor consultations
2. OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) service
3. OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Administration) service 
4. PAG-IBIG service
5. SSS (Social Security Service) membership and other investment program
