Golden Brother International held OHS meeting for April on Thursday, the 18th of this month, and reported to colleagues on the current situation of on-site management audits, as well as issues related to promoting food safety and health.

During the meeting, discussions were held with representatives from various districts regarding dormitory risk assessment and onsite inspection frequency, to present the needed value during the visit.  In addition, Chairman Lee specifically reminded the following four issues:
1、 Regarding evacuation plans:
Please re-examine whether the existing evacuation plans for all dormitories are in line with the current situation.  If they have been modified or updated, they need to be updated as well.
2、 Information about fire extinguishers:
If the information about the "fire company" on the fire extinguisher is outdated, please notify the fire company to update or directly cover it to ensure that the provided information is correct.
3、 Information on fire escape drills:
Regular fire drill information (attendance & photos) for each dormitory should be directly placed on the internal website for all kinds of outside audits, and must comply with the statutory requirement of conducting drills every six months.
4、 Illegal infringement form filling
Regarding the attached table of illegal infringement guidelines provided by the government, the responsible persons of each district are requested to fill out attachments 2 to 6 according to the actual situation, to evaluate the risk situation in each area and make necessary adjustments.

After the meeting, President Li gave instructions on the damage caused by the recent earthquake and requested colleagues from all units to repair it as soon as possible.  Besides, it is necessary to inform the migrant workers of the repair situation, to reassure them of the safety and increase their trust in our company.
