Golden Brother International held a labor-management meeting on April 3 (Wednesday) and reported to labor representatives regarding company's various operating results and the completion status of corporate social responsibility performance indicators in the first quarter of 2024.

This meeting specifically explained to participating representatives the "Self-inspection Checklist for Illegal Behavior in the Workplace" that was submitted at the quarterly meeting last Saturday.  Colleagues are requested to submit the reply before the end of this month.  In addition, the secretary also informed everyone that the simplified salary budget operation will be completed at the end of April and will be officially implemented on May 1.

As for the regulatory review, since most regulations were revised and promulgated at the end of last year, the regulatory review in the first quarter found that no new regulations would affect the company's overall operations and require further revision of internal regulations.  Finally, the bonus for Labor Day and Dragon Boat Festival were announced to remind colleagues to pay needed attention.  In addition, the "Super Jogging Activity" promoted by the Company will be implemented from April 1st.  Participants who are willing to participate should focus on uploading relevant information.

Since there was an earthquake across Taiwan today, colleagues still need time to handle the follow-up work, so no other temporary motions were put forward.
