Golden Brother International held an occupational safety and health meeting on February 22nd (Thursday) at Chungli headquarter, and reported on issues related to occupational safety and health before and after the lunar year, as well as the current situation of on-site management audits.

In the meeting, Chairman Lee first addressed the serious casualties caused by the fire of Launch Technologies Co., Ltd.  The Chairman and President of LaunchTech resigned from the board of directors, indicating that the fire not only caused loss of life and property, but also had a significant impact on the company's management and overall reputation, and should not be neglected.  Afterward, Lee mentioned that the previously issued " Ergonomics Survey" is currently undergoing follow-up statistical analysis.  After caring interviews, colleagues who need medical assistance will be reminded to seek medical attention as soon as possible to ensure their health.

According to the requirements of the Gender Equality in Employment Act, a questionnaire survey will be conducted based on workplace violations by the "Guidelines for the Prevention of Violations in the Performance of Duties" issued by the Government to remind supervisors and colleagues to pay attention to their own words and actions, to avoid causing inconvenience to themselves or colleagues.  Finally, Lee reminded that due to the need for greenhouse gas inventory checking, if the specific quantity of solid waste generated by dormitories in each district cannot be confirmed, relevant information will not be collected to avoid errors in annual comparisons caused by inaccurate information.

The routine reports of other districts are conducted based on existing regulations, and the information already inputted into the internal network is used as the main reporting theme to reduce the time for colleagues to prepare briefings.  Finally, the chairman once again reminds everyone that "zero tolerance for fire" is the most important policy in the company's occupational safety and health operations.  All colleagues have a certain responsibility, and any safety issues that cause immediate danger during the migrant worker management process must be immediately eliminated.
