Golden Brother International has been engaged in related services for migrant workers for more than 30 years. It plays an important role in bridging the migrant labor needs of domestic-related industries and provides life care services for migrant workers after they come to Taiwan. The main focus of Golden Brother's business has been repeatedly recognized by customers and migrant workers during this period.

On the morning of January 30 (Tuesday), based on the widespread recognition of the services provided by Golden Brother, Golden Brother was continuously awarded the "Excellent Award" after Innolux's 2023 annual evaluation, and it was presented to Golden Brother in Innolux's 4th factory (the Management Building).  The award is given as an encouragement, and this is the third consecutive year that Golden Brother has won this award. The award was presented by Mobby Hsu, senior manager of the Human Resources Management Division of Innolux, to Joanne Lin, the senior vice president of Golden Brother.  Innolux's human resources colleagues Mr. Eric Qiu, Mr. Lawrence Lin, and Miss Zona Lin were also at present along with Golden Brother's service colleagues Pinhui Lai, Hongyuan Zhang, Yeting Pang, Aisa Qiuand other related colleagues.

Taking advantage of the opportunity of awarding the award, Golden Brother also provided a comparative explanation of the RBA Code of Conduct 7.0 and 8.0 by Vice President Adam Lee. This sharing session was also shared via video conference with the human resources, sustainable development, and occupational safety and health units of Innolux's overseas factories to be well prepared for the RBA's coming audit in advance.

Regarding the award given by Innolux, the company not only thanks Innolux for its encouragement but also recognizes the daily efforts of its colleagues in Tainan. Since customer recognition is the foundation of a company's sustainability, we need to continue to improve and get better day by day, so that we can improve the living care of migrant workers, have the opportunity to transform into mid-level manpower, and can also make Golden Brother has the opportunity to provide more and complete migrant worker care services to the industry.
