Golden Brother International and Golden Li Human Resources Consultant Co., Ltd. have been obtaining the ISO9001 certificates for many years and regularly enhance the company's quality awareness and quality culture through verification.  In December 2023, these two companies re-verified and updated the validity of the ISO9001certificates with the assistance from Metal Industries Research & Development Centre. 

With the changes in the business environment, the requirements for quality awareness also need to be improved.  Therefore, in addition to regularly updating documents and educating on quality culture according to ISO9001 requirements internally, Golden Brother also cooperated with JS Consulting Co., Ltd. in early 2024 to conduct ISO9001 quality management system training for internal colleagues on January 16th and 17th, to implement quality awareness and improve quality culture, In addition, taking this opportunity to comprehensively re-examine the risks and opportunities of the company.

Fifty colleagues participated in the ISO training this time.  After two days of training, with the guidance of the consultant and case studies, colleagues should have a better understanding and improvement of the requirements of the ISO9001 quality system.  It is expected that, in the future, they will be able to apply what they have learned to the improvement work within the company.
