Golden Brother International held the labor-management meeting on January 5th (Friday) and reported to labor representatives on the company's operational status and the achievement of corporate social responsibility performance indicators for the fourth quarter of 2023.

In this meeting, in addition to explaining the labor dynamics related to the company's business, the results of regulatory inquiries related to the company were also specifically explained to the labor representatives.  Among them, the amendment provisions related to the Gender Equality Work Act are related to our company; however, as relations acts only reflect the changes in the legal name, there is no need for any further adjustment.

In today’s meeting, an explanation was made by the Chairman Lee regarding the final operational results for 2023, and the overall operational goals for 2024 set by the company's strategy meeting were announced, with the expectation that colleagues will work together to achieve the established goals.  Given that the overall economy is expected to rise in 2024 and the need for more human resources is undoubtedly,  it is even more important for colleagues to work hard to set goals and expectations so as to achieve mutual aspirations for sharing results.

Regarding the extension of working hours and the eight-week flexible working hours, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the labor-management meeting by the law and submit it to the meeting for review before final approval.  The distribution dates of other related bonuses were also announced in the meeting and the meeting was successfully concluded after consulting colleagues for any other temporary motions.

After the meeting, President Li kindly requested the labor representatives to convey the key content of this meeting to our colleagues and to consider the 2024 goals as the target that requires joint efforts. President Li also expressed his affirmation of the hard work of their colleagues in the past year and happily participated in the upcoming year-end party and wished everyone happiness, health, and peace.
