Golden Brother International has been promoting "health promotion" lectures since March this year has now held 32 sessions all around Taiwan, and has received widespread praise from customers and participants.

In November 7 (Tuesday), a total of 28 colleagues enthusiastically attended the Sigurd Semiconductor Corp. factory located on Beixing Road in Zhudong Town, with the full participation of Gloria Lin, the head of the Human Resources and Administration Department, and the assistance of factory nursing colleague Yuwei You., there should be a certain understanding of the physical discomfort caused by poor posture such as shoulders, neck, and prolonged sitting, as well as the corresponding exercises of releasing.

After the lecture, psychotherapists Zhuoyu Li (James) and Manling Huang (Jenny) answered the participants' physical issues one by one and provided appropriate improvement suggestions, hoping that everyone can "work happily and live a healthy life", and balance the dual pressures of the company and family.

The health promotion activity of Golden Brother International for 2023 will come to an end at the end of December, and we hope to have more opportunities to take care of the health and life of colleagues with everyone in the future.
