Golden Brother International Holds the Labor and Management Meeting in October 2023

Golden Brother International held a labor-management meeting on October 6th (Friday) and reported to labor representatives on the company's various operating conditions, as well as the achievement of corporate social responsibility performance indicators for the third quarter of 2023 and the provisional corporate social responsibility performance indicators for 2024.

 

In addition to explaining the labor dynamics related to the company's business, the meeting also specifically explained the results of regulatory inquiries related to the company to the labor representatives.  From June 28th to Sept. 30th, a total of 26 regulations were reviewed, including the Gender Equality Work Law, the Prevention and Treatment of Sexual Disturbance Law, the Abroad and Immigration Law, the National Health Insurance Law, and the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Law, which has been revised, Golden Brother International and related enterprises have also made internal operations adjustments and made public announcements in accordance with the revised regulations.  Staf can find the announcements in companys' internal website under the tag tag of "company accouncement".    

 

In terms of the performance indicators set, the targets for the third quarter of 2023 were successfully achieved.  For the corporate social responsibility performance indicators for 2024, slight adjustments were made based on the five major categories in 2023, and the "public welfare donations" section was specifically strengthened to six categories.

Regarding the public welfare road running event, the Kaohsiung event on August 6th and the Changhua event on September 17th have all been successfully completed.  The "Family Day" was also successfully held on July 29th (Saturday) with staff’s participation.  The annual “Employee Group Tour” is scheduled to be held in two sections from October 14th to 15th, and from 21st to 22nd.  We look forward to colleagues participating together.

 

In the end, the management representative proposed the calendar for 2024, with a special explanation for holiday adjustments to facilitate colleagues in planning their own holiday itinerary.  Once the dates of the company's internal meetings become clearer, they will be explained to everyone in a separate announcement.

 

After the meeting, the President kindly requested the labor representative to inform colleagues that they can actively participate in the company's activities so as to work together to improve the company’s business quality in order to grow with customers.  Furthermore, it is necessary to refine oneself in challenges and challenge the future in different trials.
