Golden Brother International holds a regular quarterly meeting every season, hoping to create different learning platforms through the process of the meeting to jointly study new knowledge or regulations with colleagues, enhance learning ability, broaden the perspective of colleagues, and strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise.

The third quarter of this year was held on September 23rd (Saturday), and Mingzhen Xie, the lecturer was invited to provide detailed explanations to colleagues on the topic of "How to become a competent and excellent Golden Brother’s manager".  The course content includes three main themes: "The Importance of Work Mindset", "Leadership as a Manager", and "Essentials of Basic Leadership Skills".  Through group discussions and feedback evaluations, the meaning of management and leadership is in detail explained, and the four major roles of manager leadership: "managing oneself", "managing people", "managing work", and "managing organization" are explained to colleagues.  It is hoped that Golden Brother’s colleagues can understand how to make self-adjustments between their own roles and the role of leading the team in the process of upward promotion.

Through the strengthening of personal understanding and abilities through learning, Golden Brother International will continue to steadily move forward, with the core concept of "caring for migrant workers", facing the challenges of the market and customers, and implanting the motivation of "applying what we have learned", "humbly reviewing", and "continuous strengthening" into our hearts, continuing to move forward and therefore to better meet the needs of our customers.
