The health promotion lecture promoted by Golden Brother International has been six months since March.  In September, we will travel to the headquarters of Taoyuan's Lite-on Technology Factory located in Dayuan and its headquarter at  Taipei Neihu, as well as two other enterprises, namely Episil-Precision Inc. (EPI) in Hsinchu and UBright Optronics Corp. in Taoyuan Daxi.

On September 5th, first, we go to Lite-on Technology located in Dayuan, and then go to EPI.  We would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Chen, the nursing specialist of Lite-on Technology Corp. for her on-site assistance in ensuring the smooth progress of the entire lecture.  Afterward, we went to Episil-Precision Inc. which is famous for its production of ULTIMATE optical films.  We also would like to express our gratitude to the two deputy managers, Huimin Liu and Linger Zhou for their registration and guidance so that more than 40 colleagues attending the lecture can smoothly listen to the lecture and present their physical conditions after class.

The lecture held on September 12th at Lite-on headquarters was the last speech of the year for Lite-on.  As a result, friends who had missed the opportunity to participate due to location or time were able to participate in and practice simple spinal and nerve relaxation exercises with friends from overseas and other factories using video conferencing devices.  With the enthusiastic participation of nearly 50 friends, the entire lecture was successfully concluded.  Let us give our thankfulness to Mia Yang and Kelly Chen Shan for their assistance.

Finally, on the afternoon of September 19th, we arrived at UBright Optronics Corp., a globally renowned key component of liquid crystal displays located in Daxi.  With the participation of nearly twenty people and enthusiastic inquiries and answers, we believe that the friends of UBright at work should have obtained several positions that can relieve discomfort.  We need to address our thanks to nurse Yufen Wu for her assistance in successfully completing this health lecture.

“Healthier Life, Happier Work” is the intention and main axis of Golden Brother's promotion of health promotion lectures for this year.  We hope that all participating friends can obtain basic methods of self-detection and posture adjustment under the guidance of two physical therapists, Zhuoyu Li (James) and Manling Huang (Jenny). Furthermore, through various movements, people can eliminate accumulated stress and stay away from illness, making themselves healthier and more energetic in life.
