Golden Brother International held the last Labor Management meeting before the Lunar New Year on the morning of January 6 (Friday) and reported relevant matters to the labor representatives.

For the year-end party, it is indicated that the year-end party of this year will be held in Taoyuan on the evening of January 14 (Saturday).  Since this year coincides with the thirtieth anniversary of Golden Brother’s founding, and the sales performance has made a certain breakthrough, it is decided to expand the holding of the year-end party after the epidemic for two consecutive years so as to give our colleagues more awards and bonuses compared with previous years.  Also, colleagues and their families are invited to participate in the feast and work together in the future.

For the regulatory review, there are 21 regulations included in the scope of a routine inspection. This time, only the Labor Union Act has been amended, but the amended content is not directly related to Golden Brother International, so it is only served for reference. About corporate social responsibility, a brief explanation was also made at the meeting, and the 2023 performance indicators 2023 were explained to colleagues, expecting to work together to create a more harmonious society

After the regular report to our colleagues, many suggestions were made on various topics.  For the above suggestions, the relevant units will explain to the representatives separately after discussing the feasibility.  The Chairman hoped that colleagues can urge themselves to continue making self-improvement in the coming year and jointly create opportunities for Golden Brother’s future.
