Golden Brother and Its Supply Chain Partners in Philippine Discuss the Code of Conduct of RBA VAP

In order to let the friends of the supply chain properly understand the latest RBA specifications, on December 8 (Thursday), Mrs. Joanne Li, vice president of Golden Brother, made a complete and comprehensive explanation of the differences between the specifications of RBA VAP 7.0 and 7.1.1 through the video conferencing for the HR agency service partner in the Philippines to ensure that they have a full and necessary understanding of the validated audit process (VAP) and audit items.

During the meeting, the five major elements of RBA: labor, health and safety, environment, ethics, and supply chain management were explained one by one.  At the same time, the key points of the audit, namely, the differences from the past, were pointed out in detail individually.  It was particularly emphasized that in the change of RBA 7.1.1, each element now included a chapter of "risk identification", with the purpose to eliminate all the identified risks so as to meet the requirements of RBA.

The whole agenda ended after responding to relevant questions.  It is our hope that all the friends in the supply chain can work together to strengthen and adjust themselves so that the rights and interests of the migrant workers can be further ensured in order to make a better and happier contribution to the domestic enterprises.
