The life care for migrant workers is one of the business philosophies of Golden Brother. After knowing the migrant workers' expectations to cook their own home flavor, Golden Brother immediately negotiated with other HR agencies and applied to the employer. At the same time, after proper coordination with the employer and the HR agencies, the employer is happy to set up a "living kitchen" for migrant workers.  After two months of decoration, the kitchen is now available to all.   

This kitchen is located in the welfare building in the employer's factory. It can accommodate ten migrant workers for cooking at the same time. Furthermore, there is a food space outside the kitchen that allowed more than 100 migrant workers to enjoy their own home flavor at one time.  Besides, the dedicated space for living kitchen can also be shared by the local workers at the same time. 

The opening ceremony for the kitchen was held on December 6 (Thu.). Tim Peng, VP of GB,  and the directors of other HR agencies also attended with other 6 high position managers from the employer.  It is expected that the establishment of this living kitchen can provide more satisfactory living care for the daily life of migrant workers.  In addtion, we would like to represent the migrant workers and other HR agencies to express our highest gratitude for allocating considerable resources to quickly and positively respond to the expectations of migrant workers.
