Golden Brother Conducted Its Labor Management Meeting in Oct. 2022

Golden Brother convened the last labor management meeting in 2022 in accordance with the law today (20th) and reported the company’s business results and the performance indicators regarding corporate social responsibilities for this year.  
 
While the COVID-19 epidemic has not abated, the meeting was held by means of video conferencing.  In the meeting, the HR department announced the date of the year-end party is scheduled tentatively for Jan. 14 (Sat.) 2023, and the overall migrant numbers before the end of Sept. 2022.  Furthermore, two more issues were in detailly explained in the meeting:
1. Performance indicators
The corporate social responsibility indicators in 2022 are all effectively achieve.  The indicators in 2022 for carbon reduction and for social care will be adjusted.
2. Regulatory review
In addition to explaining the review status of relative laws and regulations, the Labor Law was especially addressed the basic salary in 2023 will be adjusted to NT 26,400 and the hourly pay is going to be raised to 176 and the company will follow the revised number to make the needed adjustment.  
 
In addition to the above topics, President Li specially instructed that under the epidemic situation, colleagues need to pay high attention to their own health not only by complying with the epidemic prevention regulations but also they should also exercise themselves to enhance their immunity so as to keep ones' happiness.
