Golden Brother Holds the Seminar on “Facing the Shortage of Manpower and Talents” and Invites Enterprises Employing Migrant Workers to Attend

In view of the fact that the phenomenon of domestic labor shortage has had a considerable impact on the operation of enterprises, the government introduced the “long-term retention of skilled foreign workers program” based on the policy for migrant workers and hoped that these workers can gradually become immigrants through the improvement and recognition of technology after serving in Taiwan for a considerable number of years thus to alleviate the existing problem of domestic labor shortage.

 

In order for those enterprises that employed migrant workers can have a better understanding of the new policy and the procedures for applying the long-term retention of skilled migrant workers program, Golden Brother especially cooperates with Taiwan Science Park Industry Association, Hsinchu Part Office, Central Park Office, Southern Park Office, Taoyuan Enterprise Federation, Taiwan Science Park Electrical and Electronics Industry Association to invite Mr. Xue Jianzhong, the former head of the management team of the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor, to deliver speeches on the topic of “Facing the Shortage of Manpower and Talents” at the following place individually: Golden Brother headquarter Chungli, Golden Brother Hsinchu Minghu Hall, China Science Trade Association, South Science Trade Association, and Kaohsiung Software Park, hoping that enterprises can have in-depth knowledge of the new policy and know how to fill the human resources shortage gap.
