Golden Brother Conducts EHS Meeting on May 2022
As the COVID spread all over the country, the main focus of this EHS meeting aims at finding appropriate procedures to settle down those infected migrant workers.
After knowing the current overall epidemic situation in each area, the regional directors are requested to look after those infected staff and properly reassign their on-hand job loads. As for the migrant workers, each area needs to follow the directive provided by the government to conduct isolation and lodging arrangements so as to reduce the pressure of continuing to get infected.
As the workload for epidemic prevention gets heavier and customers have their own requirements for accommodation adjustment; hence, the EHS director reminds the following matters to all directors of each area:
1. Once the infected migrant workers were isolated, video conferencing to look after their feelings is needed in order to reduce the sense of alienation.
2. Once the staff were isolated, the area director shall provide the caring material pack at ones best
3. The original EHS tasks will give priority to the epidemic prevention, and related documents can submit to the internal website in the future
