Golden brother Conducted its March EHS Meeting in 2022

Dated on March 30, Golden Brother conducted its March EHS meeting to address relative issues by the Google Meet video conference. The meeting followed the existing agenda by reviewing the preset 14 items and then the EHS members of each area presented their key issues within their territory.  In order to better level up the meeting efficiency, the presenters can directly copy the screen of the Internal Website.

 

Later on, EHS Chairman Lee specifically reminded the following five issues and requested the EHS members to take note of these issues. 
1. The information uploaded by the coordinators needs to match with the status quo of their dormitories and should not have any reasonable difference.  Furthermore, the information needs to be uploaded on day 5 of each month.
2. The presented material by each area will be stored in the EHS meeting minutes section on our Internal Website.  They are assessable to all staff of Golden Brother in order for them to understand our EHS latest status and the requests of our company.
3. The Internal Website will continue improving and more information and the fire extinguisher, in the future, will be recorded on a one-on-one basis which can help the coordinators will check and replace the fire extinguishers.
4. To facilitate the auditing, the EHS meeting session on Internal Website will add three more tabs, i.e., “EHS Procedures”, “EHS Promoting Material”, and “Code Checking Material”.
5. The EHS members can give merits or demerits to the coordinators according to their needs; however, it should be based on facts and necessary for better management.  For those migrant workers who have discipline problems, please report to the employers and seek administrative support. 

 

Based upon the vision of our company, President Golden Li gave his directions as follows: “We need to build even better EHS systems and all related documents shall be disclosed on the Internal website.  At the same time, do remind our staff to follow the requests of corporate transformation.”  We would like to ask the EHS members to deliver the above messages to your colleagues in order to fulfill our shared vision.
