Golden Brother conducted the Labor-Management meeting and EHS meeting on Jan. 20 (Thur.) to go over relative subjects in 2022.  Due to the expansion of COVID, these two meetings were held by video conferencing.  

For the labor-management meeting, the following subjects were reported in sequence: “labor activities, welfare items, and working environment”, “legal checking and other issues”, furthermore, the corporate social responsibility performance for 4th quarter in 2021 was also examined.  The planned year-end party will be called off due to COVID but the lucky draw is scheduled right after the annual review meeting through online broadcasting.  All red pockets and the bonus will be wire transferred into staff’s account before Lunar Year.  Besides, for the epidemic concerns, staff will be given a special day off to get COVID vaccination.

As for the EHS meeting, based on the performance review of 2021, the format of EHS meeting is now adjusted and each member needs to report out according to the five subjects previously requested in order to give short but clear content.  In addition, to make reporting easier, except for special issues, the report can directly pick up the screens that are already on the internal website.  In this meeting, only one area needs to provide supplement contents while other areas are all in good shape.  In the coming future, the company will continue enhancing the information disclosure on the website in order to serve as a proper platform for demonstrating solid results.  

In the EHS meeting, Chairman Lee took the time to share the “EHS reminders” and “Short-essay learning” sections on the internal website quickly and mentioned that the training in the future will rely on the online Google Meet.  Hence, people need to get acquainted with this new tool as soon as possible.  

After the meeting, President Golden Li particularly mentioned that the EHS members need to look after relative issues during the Lunar Year period and can not have any miss.  Under the pressure of epidemic spreading, it is necessary to wear masks properly and minimize the gathering to have a peaceful Lunar year.
