Golden Brother conducted its second EHS meeting on Nov. 30 (Tue.) to review the related plans that should be examined routinely by the EHS board and the three medical and nursing plans submitted to the local government recently.

The EHS related plans discussed include: “EHS Board Operation Plan”, “EHS Management Plan”, “Environment Detection Plan”, and “EHS Operational Rules”.  After the explanation by member Chang, the EHS chairman decides to send these 4 files that are critical to EHS concept promoting and EHS performance to all EHS members after today’s meeting as to have time to review carefully and to follow up.

As for the plans regarding “Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders Execution and Plans”, “Abnormal Workload Disease Prevention Plan”, and “Illegal Assault due to Performing Duties”, as the given sample provides too many appendix to be carried out, chairman Lee urged the EHS secretary to reorganize the appendix and set the upper limit to five only in order to be properly executed under the current company resource.  At the same time, EHS chairman directed the secretary to sent “Illegal Assault due to Performing Duties” to HR department for further reviewing and execution.

Later on, Chairman gave a short report regarding the functionalities of “internal website” and particularly focus on “dormitory resume”, “EHS checkup list”, “Fire extinguisher list” and “Corrective and Preventive Management” so to urge all EHS members to carry out their responsibilities along with all coordinators in the front line in a duly manner.

After knowing the EHS members do not have full understanding the plans reported earlier by Member Chang, Chairman Lee requested all members take decent time to review the contents so as to make Golden Brother free from EHS risks.
