As the COVID-19 epidemic concerns is getting lessened, hence, Golden Brother conducted its EHS meeting in Sept. to review the implementation status of those checklists and how the regulations of African Swine Fever been conducted.

The ESH meeting was conducted on Sept., 23 (Thur.) so as to ensure:
1.The implementation of routine checklist：

The purpose is to ensure all coordinators follow the necessary protocols for daily check up and to ensure the safety and the normal status of all equipment.  
2.The checkup of fire extinguishers：

This action is to secure the effectiveness of all fire extinguishers of each dorm so as to face the challenges of unexpected fire alarm.  Besides, it is necessary to check the effective date of the fire extinguishers so as to keep the fire extinguishers in good condition.
3.The checkup of the drinking fountain：

According to the regulation or the requirements from our clients, the water quality of each drinking fountain needs to be examined regularly and the quality check reports need to be put beside the drinking fountain for government or clients’ reviewing.  The examined water quality report can be found and downloaded from company’s website directly.
4.Regulation Announcement of African Swine Fever：

To prevent the Swine Fever from coming to Taiwan and the requirements of HR agents appraisal for next year, the EHS meeting reviewed the actual status of regulations how each areas promoted the related information to the migrant workers so as to comply with the additional requirements for HR agents appraisal next year.  

Chairman Lee, additionally, delivered the following messages:
1.The sign-up list will no longer pass around to get the signatures, all attendance through video conference will directly marked as attendance
2.The video conference equipment shall be examined before the meeting to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the meeting
3.The member of EHS board should assign representatives to attend the meeting in case they have other conflicted issues so as to deliver the necessary messages for both sides
4.The checkup and the fire extinguishers list will be put into the internal website in the short run and the fire extinguishers list will be marked with color to remind the coordinators whether the effectiveness of any fire extinguishers going to be expired

At last, Chairman Lee, once again, remind all members of the EHS boards shall pay attention to the effectiveness to each working procedures and the new regulations of local government and find ways to implement those regulations so to properly complete the duty of EHS board.
