Dialogue between Golden Brother and Students of Chin-Ying High School

last October, Golden Brother International was invited to Chi-Ying Senior High School to share with students the life of migrant workers in Taiwan, which provided students with the opportunity to better understand the meaning and background of "migrant workers".  This year, at the invitation of the teachers, the Dormitory Management Division went to Chin-Ying High School again to have direct conversation with the students so that the students could understand under the impact of Taiwan's aging and decreasing of birth rate, the migration of workers now not only support Taiwan's economic development but also serve as the critical facilitator for family care.

Through the opening and ice-breaking games carefully designed by students, both sides can quickly get to know each other. Golden Brother also expects to continue such talks in the future, so that students can understand the hard work and courage of the migrant friends to work far away from home. We also expected that more tolerance and respect can be achieved through mutual understanding, so that the migrant workers can leave a good memory of Taiwan and bring the seeds of love and kindness back to their homeland and let more people know the human touch of Taiwan.  Furthermore, we would like to give our thanks to the migrant workers who participated this event: BANTOY JEAN REMPILLO, VALENCIA IZA JANE DE LAS ALAS, LAYAO JOCYLYN VILLAFUERTE, PADILLO HONEYLYNN TINO, FERNANDEZ JENEFER GALEA, UMALI RUEL CALALO, and APILADO VICTOR ALVIN JUCUTAN.

In the event, colleagues also mentioned Golden Brother’s business philosophy: "Live-Care Service Business for Migrant Workers", “Well-Being Living Place for Migrant Workers” in order to enable students to understand the importance of business philosophy and the efforts and contributions made to this industry by our company.
