In order to enhance the sense of urgency and have quick response for emergent cases, halls of Golden Brother at each site are all have fire drills at fixed intervals.

Days earlier (Nov. 25), Xiangshan Fuqun Hall at Hsinchu conducted the fire drill for the migrant workers in day and night shifts.  In addition to get familiar with the emergency evacuation routes and the assembly area, workers were also required to practice using the fire extinguishers and the fire hydrants.  

Through the practice of notification, assembly, drill and afterwards review, we believe the migrant workers should have certain understanding of how to operate the equipment to put out the fires when necessary.  As the proverb goes: “Readiness makes success and neglect leads to failure”, we do hope all migrant workers can pay needed attention to the fire safety at all times, and can handle the fire put out equipment at urgent cases and also can evacuate effectively and quickly.
