To enhance the communication and expression ability of our staff, Golden Brother invited Mr. Fang, Li-Da to conduct the “Train the Trainer Training” course on Feb. 21 & 22 (Fri., and Sat.) for 12 hours.

A total of 43 participated this training and the course is designed to equip the trainer with ability to effectively delivering, able to collect the needs/wants of the listeners, the design and planning of a professional course, and finally how to express in a professional method.  Through the hands-on experience, it is believed the confidence and expression ability shall have been improved after the training and also be able to serve as an effective manager that can carry and deliver the messages to the subordinates in a more precisely and correctly way.
