In order to enhance the capability required by the job roles, Golden Brother arranged a series of training classes for the managers and those who have high willingness to learn more about managerial functions.  To ensure the arranged classes can be run at the pace expected, the first class “KPI Setting and Performance Interview” was conducted by Dr. He, Yu-Xin on Dec. 27, 2019 (Friday).

The class was conducted in accordance with the five facets as follows: “Goal Setting and Its Procedures for Performance Management”, “Formulation of Performance Objectives and Plans”, “Performance Interview: Skills of Consensus Building”, “Performance Interview: Reviewing and Improving of the Performance”, and “Performance Interview: Coaching Skills”.  Through the explanation from Dr. He, the practices of the colleagues, and the Q&A session, the class was ended successfully in a fun and humorous procedures.  

During the class, to show his deep concerns, President Golden Li not only attended the class but also gave high credits to those attendants for their attentive listening.  Li also believed the colleagues should have earned the needed understanding of the contents and be able to use them onto the daily management routines.  Besides, it is expected the preset goals for 2020 can be achieved successfully.
