Morning of Nov. 4, 2019, Golden Brother conducted its 4th quarterly EHS meeting to go over the routine schedule which covered 14 topics and reviewed the overall EHS performance indexes in 2019.  

In the meeting, issues related to safety, particularly the electricity safety, were carefully examined, and the demerit rules were also discussed for those who violated the rules.  At the same time, the board chairman requested all members of the EHS need to take solid actions and examine the results of the previously discussed and agreed four “checklists” in order to leave nothing behind for safety concerns.  Furthermore, the chairman also reminded all members that the senior staff of each branch offices need to report out the examining results of those four checklists.  The found nonconformities related to EHS have to be put in the follow-up list until they were all solved. 

AS for the performance index, the chairman Lee request the secretary Ding to reexamine the achieving rate of the performance indexes set for 2019 so as to serve as a reference for further revision in 2020.  Once the EHS indexes were agreed by the EHS meeting, the indexes need to be approved by the ISO management meeting and then announce to all of the staff.

As the foreign workers intended to close the door/windows all the time, the walls inside the room were easy to get moldy.  After discussing, it is agreed to provide the needed equipment and paint to deal with the peeling paints or moisturized walls as the workers also recognized the moldy issue and had the willingness to deal with it all together.  The room expected shall be a place with nice and clean, beautiful and comfortable for everyone to live in.  

President Golden Li, after knowing the conclusion of the EHS meeting, not only recognized the hard works of the staff but also pinpointed that all coordinators and responsible units shall be able to “work seriously with meticulously attitude, perform dedicatedly with addressed corrections” and hope Golden Brother can achieve the “fire accidents zero-tolerance” target and also can provide a safe, comfortable, neat and sanitary living environment.
