In order to enhance the company's overall operational performance and the expectation of our international customers to meet the most rigid international certification standards, Golden Brother takes the RBA SVAP audit (every two years) from March 15th to 17th 2023. 

The RBA  (Responsible Business Alliance) audit includes five major elements: "labor", "health and safety ethics", "environment", "ethics", and "supply chain management".  As the company industry classification belongs to the "human service" sector that mainly provides human resources agency; hence, the scope of the audit conducted is based on SVAP (Supplementary Validated Audit Process on Force Labor) which is a supplementary audit of VAP, especially for "forced labor" as the main audit item.

Due to the auditing standards of having a close relationship with upstream customers as well as downstream suppliers; therefore, Golden Brother International will adhere to the business philosophy of pursuing business excellence and continuously strive for self-motivation to make needed adjustments.  Golden Brother will continuously communicate with upper and downstream parties to ensure relative items that need to be improved, including observation items, found in the auditing process so as to properly make remedy actions with a view to fully meeting the strictest RBA international inspection standards.
