The Ministry of Labor has issued an order amending some provisions of "Criteria for changing employers or work procedures specified in Article 46, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 8 to Paragraph 11 of the Employment Service Act".

This is a provision officially announced after the amendment of the law. The main content is to recruit "foreign students, overseas Chinese or other Chinese students with associate degree or above" to stay in Taiwan to supplement the shortage of domestic labor force.
