Golden Brother International held its first quarterly meeting in 2025

Golden Brother International holds regular quarterly meetings, hoping to create different learning platforms through knowledge sharing and important policy promotion, and to study government laws and regulations, as well as customer requirements with colleagues, to enhance colleagues' learning willingness, broaden their horizons, and continuously strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise.

The first season of 2025 was held on March 29th (Saturday), and this season's meeting specially invites Lecturer Zhirong Lin to give a speech titled "AI is not a replacement, but an upgrade to build your future competitiveness".  With the help of ChatGPT dialogue and backend databases, she will solve various problems that colleagues face in their daily lives.  The course content enhances colleagues' ability to communicate with ChatGPT through structured inquiry techniques and uses ChatGPT's generation function to help colleagues solve various problems they face.  Use cases include borrowing company website images to create unique style images, response modes, and language for daily inquiries and answers from mobile workers, as well as summarizing key points of the latest laws and regulations.  Teacher Lin emphasized that various AI software have their limitations and inevitable errors due to their powerful "generation" function. Therefore, colleagues need to further examine the answers provided by AI and make their own best decisions to avoid making mistakes by adopting them ultimately.

Afterwards, Vice President Joanne Lin promoted RBA regulations and shared with colleagues the key points of recent external audit process inquiries, hoping that everyone could learn from various audit processes and effectively face them in the future.  In addition, the company also invited Vice Manager Ziling Peng from Kaohsiung office to share with everyone the content of the book "The Infinite Game".  Through her personal life experience, she talked about the five key elements of infinite thinking: "lofty beliefs", "trust in the team", "respect for opponents", "survival and adaptability", and "leadership courage", corresponding to the various issues that limit her ability to continue to explore in limited thinking.

In this meeting, colleagues from various district dormitory management were also invited to share the actual benefits obtained by using the ChatGPT function.  A large number of benefits were obtained through the use of VBA programs generated, which enabled the "one-click generation" button when using Excel to generate reports or compare files. Other AI programs were also used to assist in the production of briefings or posters, thereby reducing the manpower and time spent on self-production in the past.

For the employee welfare section, the human resources unit explained the "dual track" mode of "employee tourism" this year so as to meet the various needs and expectations form the colleagues, followed by personal explanations for new employees and awards for colleagues' "energy-saving and carbon reduction" videos, to encourage colleagues to continue saving electricity, water, and waste, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and contribute to the earth.

At the end, President Li expressed his gratitude to his colleagues for their efforts and emphasized the need for continuous learning in the face of the AI wave to survive and succeed. Golden Brother will continue to encourage and promote AI learning, and through the enhancement of benefits, will face the external uncertainties. President Li also thanks the lecturers who attended today's class and the colleagues who participated in the "Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction" project, and emphasizes that "the value of life lies in continuous learning, growth, and self-adjustment".  This is to once again encourage growth through learning and self-adjustment in the face of environmental changes, to create a better future for both the company and individuals.
