To further enhance and reinforce self-awareness of health, Golden Brother International., Co. recently applied for the Healthy Workplace Certification Mark and successfully received it on the last day of the year. This certification is a result of the company’s continuous efforts in health promotion activities and serves as a strong motivation for ensuring a smoke-free environment in the future.

A total of 2,291 organizations were granted this certification, including Golden Brother International., Co.'s Taipei headquarters and its branches in Hsinchu, Changhua, and Kaohsiung, as well as five other entities such as Golden Manpower. In 2024, General Manager Mr. Li Gaoxing specifically encouraged employees to participate in super slow jogging to improve their health. Moving into 2025, the focus shifts to creating a smoke-free workplace, urging employees to quit smoking to provide a healthier environment for their families and friends.

Employees are reminded to smoke only in designated areas to prevent exposing others to the hazards of secondhand smoke. The General Manager also emphasized that health is invaluable—do not wait until smoking-related illnesses arise to realize the consequences of losing it. The key message of this initiative is "Cherish Life, Say No to Cigarettes!", reminding employees of their responsibility to themselves and others. Quitting smoking as soon as possible is encouraged to protect family and friends.

Finally, we would like to remind all employees: "You Can Choose Not to Smoke." Smoking affects not only the respiratory system, cardiovascular system, digestive system, reproductive system, and physical appearance. If you find it difficult to quit immediately, please only smoke in designated smoking areas to avoid administrative penalties.
