Announcement from the Ministry of Labor: Notice of draft amendments to some provisions of the "Implementation Rules of the Labor Insurance Ordinance"

This amendment particularly emphasizes that when an enterprise is "divided or transferred", the responsibility should be borne by the surviving, newly established or transferred insured unit.  In addition, in response to the revision of the Gender Equality in Employment Act, related terms have been revised.  Furthermore, during the period of filing a lawsuit based on the Gender Equality in Employment Act, the insurance level of the parties cannot be adjusted, nor can the insurance level of the parties be adjusted during the period of injury or illness to protect the rights of the parties.
