To ensure the contingency plan for the malfunctioned elevator is still effective and to reconfirm the details of EHS Performance Indexes which passed on Nov. 15 by the ISO9001 Review Meeting, Golden Brother conducted the Occupation, Safety, Healthy Committee Temporary Meeting on Nov. 16., 2018 to address above issues.

In the meeting, the EHS members confirmed the contact windows, listed in the new designed sticker, need to be able to contact the elevator takers by using the local language while the elevator malfunctioned.  At the same time, the phone number of the second contact person and the elevator service company are also listed in the sticker inside the elevator.  Furthermore, to ensure the contact person can properly deal with the malfunctioned elevator issue, a SOP was standardized which requested the contact person to follow the procedures by smoothen the feelings of the takers, understand the real situation, contact the service company, inform company's service staff and be on site to render the needed support and contact the Fire Brigade if the elevator could not be opened by the service company so as to let the takers feel eased and have the patience to wait for the rescue.  

In addition, for the 12 EHS performance indexes passed by the ISO9001 Management Review Meeting dated on Nov. 15, 2018 which are all related to the CSR, the members of Occupation, Safety, and Healthy Committee reviewed the contents and passed those indexes after making slight wording changes to ensure the details can be exactly followed by the service staff for each Hall.  From now on, those indexes will be tracked down in the Occupation, Safety, and Healthy Committee Meeting on quarterly basis and thus hoped the operations of in Golden Brother for EHS issues can be smoothed.
