In order to provide the feeling of warmness as at home in Minghu Hall, our staff in Hsichi utilize their creativity and provide the counter car service with light snacks and drinks to all newly resided foreign workers in each floor of Minhu Hall.  It is our intention, in this warm and friendly way, to ease the pressure of living in the new place of those moved workers. 

Those newly resided foreign workers in Minghu Hall was pretty tounched by the warm and friendly service; hence, they also deliver their thankfulness to staff of Hsinchu.  The communication gap caused by language difference is also obviously minimized due to the warm service provided.
