To help the new staff know better about the latest status of our industry, the future of Golden Brother, and the internal rules & regulations.  Golden Brother conducted the new staff orientation in Sept. 5, 2018 at Chungli office.

The orientation was conducted by eight senior lecturers and the topics cover: the vision and mission of GB, the working attitude the business ethics, the company regulations, the EHS issues, and the procurement and claiming for budget.  At end, president Golden Li shared his business logic of “Care-taking business of Foreign Workers’ Industry” with all new staff and also introduced how GB will face the challenges ahead.  Particularly, President Li specified that all staff need to treat foreign workers as our customers and pay decent respect and service to them.  In addition, it is necessary for new staff to learn from his/her supervisors in order to make proper transition to our new environment.  In this way, the goals of personal and the company can be achieved at the same time.
