To show our sincere respect to the human resource agency appraisal, Golden Brother conducted internal pre-audits for 3 times on 7/9, 7/30, and 8/14 respectively at our Taipei office.  These pre-audits aimed at ensuring all the documents and needed procedures were all conformed to the reviewing standards.  After pre-audits, the lead auditor addressed his/her closing remarks and pin-pointed some non-conformities and observation items for further improvement and asked for following up with solid schedules.  

Under the guidance of the internal auditors, all non-conformities were all corrected as planned and hope the service logic requested by our President Golden Li can be solidly implemented in the mind of every staff and hence to provide relatively excellent services to our customers and clients so as to enhance the overall welfare of the society.
