To educate young friends about the current living conditions of domestic migrant workers and the business philosophy of Golden Brother, led by Yonglin Zhang, the principal of Youde Bilingual Primary and Secondary School, Jianhua Xu, the academic director of Yoder International Academy, Baijun Guo, the president of the Neili Lions Association, and Daiwen Zhang, the vice president of the Neili Lions Association, along with 11 members of the Young Lions Association, on March 29th (Fri.), they visited Golden Brother and had face-to-face exchanges with migrant workers.

The Leo Club of Yoder is the first all-English youth lion club in Taiwan.  It was established on December 15, 2023, under the guidance of the Lions Club Neili Branch, by the Yoder International Academy in Taoyuan City and Lions Club International 300B5 District Lions Friends.  The club aims to provide campus services and social public welfare exchanges without affecting the classes learning, while also conveying the caring power of the Lions Club.

Through face-to-face English conversations with four migrant workers, ie., San Pedro Roshella Boac, Cuello Shier May Flores, De Leon Annaliza De Alca, Amit May-Ann Noval, members of the Leo Club have gained a deeper understanding of their actual life experiences in Taiwan, as well as their contributions to the Taiwanese industry.  This activity will enable young friends to have a more relevant understanding of their living conditions and expectations when interacting with migrant workers in the future.
