Due to the increasing demand for tourism after the epidemic, the labor force engaged in the tourism and accommodation industry in Taiwan has been limited due to the impact of the previous epidemic, resulting in a significant shortage of manpower. To fill this gap, the tourism and accommodation industry operators have called on the government to open up such migrant workers. Although the government has not yet opened up, it has already conducted research and possible solutions to facilitate the survival and development of the industry.

Golden Brother International aims to assist the domestic tourism and accommodation industry in its service objectives, and in response to various issues arising from the government's opening up of migrant workers to engage in the tourism and accommodation industry, has specially invited Mr. Jianzhong Xue, former head of the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, and Mr. Jianping Zhu, former HR Director of LDC Hotels & Resorts, to hold business management lectures on "Resolving Shortage in the Tourism and Accommodation Industry" and "How to Use Grassroots Manpower to Meet Five Star Service", respectively, in order to jointly assist in solving the bottlenecks faced by the tourism and accommodation industry.

The aforementioned lecture was held on Friday, August 11th from 13:50 to 17:00 in the Happiness Room of the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel., with 47 friends from the tourism and accommodation industry attending. After the lecture, there was an additional Q&A time to answer all kinds of questions related to regualtions and migrant workers, hoping that after the government opens up in the future, Golden Brother International could have the opportunity to serve the aforementioned friends.
